Long-term car rental is a professional car rental service that eliminates the obligation of owning a vehicle while maintaining daily usage comfort and simplifying cost and process management. It is designed for individual and corporate users who do not want to deal with time-consuming details such as vehicle purchase, depreciation, maintenance tracking, and insurance.
The long-term car rental service offered on this page is based on usage plans of 12 months or more, with predictable monthly budgeting and clear contract terms.
What Is Long-Term Car Rental?
Long-term car rental is an auto rental service that allows you to use a vehicle for a specified period under fixed conditions and a monthly payment plan. Vehicle ownership does not transfer to the user; however, the right of use continues uninterrupted throughout the contract period.
This service includes:
- The vehicle is allocated to you for the specified period.
- The monthly payment amount is determined in advance.
- Insurance and operational processes are managed in a planned manner.
Long-term car rental is especially preferred by users who intend to use a vehicle for an extended period but do not want to assume the burden of ownership.
Advantages of Long-Term Car Rental
Unlike short-term car rental solutions, long-term car rental is built on usage habits and cost balance.
Fixed Monthly Payment
The monthly payment amount remains unchanged throughout the contract period. This structure facilitates budget planning and reduces the risk of unexpected expenses.
Relief from Operational Burden
Insurance, contracts, and operational processes related to the vehicle are managed professionally. The user focuses solely on driving.
Comfort of Long-Term Use
You integrate the rental vehicle into your daily life. The need to frequently change vehicles is eliminated.
Flexible Duration and Mileage Options
Different duration and mileage plans can be created according to usage needs, helping prevent unnecessary costs.
Who Is It Suitable For?
Long-term car rental offers particular advantages for certain user profiles.
Corporate Users
- Field teams and sales staff
- Executive vehicles
- Companies with long-term project-based vehicle needs
In corporate car rental, the goal is not to purchase a fleet, but to simplify operations.
Individual Users
- Those who want to renew their vehicle every few years
- High-mileage drivers
- Users who do not want to deal with maintenance and resale processes
Individual long-term car rental is an increasingly common solution, especially in large cities.
How Does the Long-Term Car Rental Process Work?
The service process progresses transparently and in a planned manner.
1. Vehicle and Plan Selection
Usage period, mileage needs, and vehicle segment are determined. Choosing the right vehicle is critical for long-term satisfaction.
2. Contract and Approval
Duration, mileage, and payment terms are clarified. All details are presented in writing.
3. Vehicle Delivery
The vehicle is delivered at the specified location. The vehicle condition at delivery is recorded.
4. Usage Period
The vehicle is used uninterrupted throughout the contract period. Operational checks are carried out in a planned manner.
Things to Consider When Renting a Long-Term Vehicle
Mileage Planning
Daily and monthly usage habits should be calculated accurately. Incorrect mileage selection may result in additional costs.
Vehicle Segment Selection
The vehicle should be chosen according to its intended use. Oversized vehicles may create long-term costs.
Delivery and Return Criteria
The condition recorded at vehicle delivery is used as a reference during the return process.
Long-Term Car Rental or Purchase?
Long-term car rental is a more rational alternative for users who plan to change their vehicle every 2–3 years, do not want to take depreciation risks, and value time efficiency.
Owning a vehicle is a preference; long-term car rental is a planned and controlled usage strategy.

Conditions That Void Insurance:

Non-Contractual Use: If the vehicle is used by someone other than the person(s) listed in the rental agreement.
Traffic Violations: Violating traffic laws, such as exceeding speed limits or running red lights.
Alcohol/Drug Use: Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The use of legal drugs that impair driving is also excluded from insurance coverage.
Negligent Use: Using the vehicle in a manner that is not in accordance with traffic laws, road safety, or weather conditions. For example, driving on damaged roads or in hazardous conditions would be considered negligent use.
Wrong Fuel: Refueling the vehicle with the wrong type of fuel.
Illegal Use: Taking the vehicle out of the city/country without permission.
Failure to Report an Accident: The renter must provide the necessary reports and inform the company immediately after an accident. Failing to report the accident or abandoning the vehicle at the accident site will void the insurance.
Failure to Return the Vehicle on Time: If the vehicle is not returned at the scheduled time, insurance coverage will be void. The renter is responsible for any damages after this period.
Carrying Goods: The renter is responsible for any damages caused by goods or luggage transported inside the vehicle.
The renter agrees to compensate for any damages that may occur to the rented vehicle and other parties involved in case of non-compliance with the terms listed above. These conditions void insurance coverage and all responsibility will fall on the renter.
Additional Insurance Options
To provide more security and peace of mind during your rental, we offer additional insurance packages for unexpected situations. Below are the most commonly preferred additional insurance types and their coverage:
Zero-Excess Collision Damage Waiver (Zero-Excess CDW)
Zero-Excess CDW ensures that any damages caused in an accident are fully covered by the insurance, without the renter being liable for any portion of the cost. In contrast, standard CDW insurance covers only a part of the damage, leaving the remainder to be paid by the renter.
The excess amount varies based on the vehicle class. For Economy vehicles, the excess amount is 25,000 TL, while for Luxury and SUV vehicles, it is 85,000 TL.
Coverage:
• Material damages caused by traffic accidents
• Single-vehicle accidents
• Damages while parked
• Third-party damages (except the portion covered by traffic insurance)
Important Conditions:
• A valid police/jandarma report, alcohol report, and incident report are required.
• Insurance becomes void if the vehicle is used by someone other than the person(s) specified in the contract.
• Damage caused by malicious intent or violation of rules is not covered.
• Accidents caused by exceeding speed limits or driving under the influence of alcohol are not covered.
• Continuing to drive the vehicle after an accident voids the insurance coverage.
Mini Damage Coverage
Mini Damage Coverage protects against small but costly damages. The following situations are covered during the rental period:
Coverage:
• Tire bursts and rim damage
• Cracked or broken windshields
• Damaged headlights and turn signals
• Minor stains on interior upholstery (within reasonable limits)
• Mini Damage Coverage is valid for damages up to 10,000 TL.
Things to Note:
• Damage caused by malicious intent or rule violations is not covered.
• A formal report must be obtained in case of an accident.
