Do you guarantee that I will receive the vehicle I have chosen?

Reservations are taken according to vehicle groups. In cases where the reserved vehicle is not available, a vehicle from the same group is provided.

Do you have an age requirement to rent a car from iZMiRCAR?

Our guest who will rent a car must be at least 25 years old. In different vehicle groups, the age limit increases. You can contact us for detailed information.

How Many Years Do I Need to Have a Driving License to Rent a Car from iZMiRCAR?

Our guests must have a driving license for at least 3 years to rent a car.

Is Car Rental Fee Payable With Credit Card Only?

Can I Rent With Someone Else's Credit Card?

Credit cards belonging to a different person are not accepted in rental transactions. In such cases, the name and signature of the cardholder must also be included in the contract. The cardholder must also have a valid driver's license.

Can someone else use the car I rented?

The rented vehicle can only be used by the person(s) whose name and signature are in the rental agreement. Otherwise, all guarantees will be void and the person who rented the vehicle and used the vehicle without authorization will be held responsible for any damages and losses that may occur.

Can I Make a Request to Add a Second Driver to the Contract After Renting the Vehicle?

In order to add the second driver to the contract, you can come to our office and request the registration of the driver's information.

Will there be HGS in the vehicle I rented?

HGS is available in all our vehicles. Since we are seeing your usage information, at the end of the lease, you will be notified of the amount you have used and the fee will be requested. If an invoice is issued to us at a later date regarding highway and bridge crossings belonging to private companies, our guest is contacted and the collection method is applied.

I'd like to cancel my reservation. How can I do it?

What should I pay attention to when picking up the vehicle?

Damaged or defective areas, if any, must be written in the relevant section of the contract. You can check the interior as well as the exterior of the vehicle when you take delivery of the vehicle you rented.

Do you apply KM Limit?

What Information and Documents Are Required for Renting a Car?

Driver's license and identity/passport documents of the person or persons who will drive the vehicle are required. In addition, address and telephone information are requested to be recorded in the contract.

I will come from abroad… What are the documents required for renting a car?

To rent a car, you must have an internationally valid driver's license and passport with you.

I Came From Abroad. How Long Is My International Driver's License Valid in Turkey?

Driving licenses of guests coming from abroad are valid for 6 months in Turkey. In cases where this period is exceeded, people who want to maintain their license validity in Turkey should obtain an official letter from the notary public or the consulate of the country they are affiliated with, which includes the translation of their driver's license.

Can I go abroad with the car I rented?

No, unfortunately our vehicles cannot be taken abroad.

Can I Get a Refund if I Want to Return the Vehicle Before the Date Specified in the Contract?

This situation changes according to the density period. It is taken into account how long it takes our guest to notify their early return request. No refunds or partial deductions will be made in cases such as late information.

Do You Have a Transfer or Chauffeured Car Rental Service?

You have no such obligation. However, we would also welcome it if you would like to deliver it clean.
If liquids such as oil, sea water, beverages come into contact with the seat, floor or ceiling upholstery and cause hair loss and similar adverse conditions for the animal transported in the vehicle, thorough cleaning is required. The fee is requested from our guest.
